Inauguration and Purpose:
On May 1, 2022, UMANG celebrated a significant milestone with the inauguration of the Autism Umang Sensory Park. This state-of-the-art park, located at the new District Officer’s Office, Government Colony, Barshi Road, Latur, was inaugurated by Hon. Mr. Amit Vilasrao Deshmukh, Guardian Minister of Latur.
The purpose of this initiative is to provide children, including those who may not have had such an experience before, with individual and combined sensory opportunities. Our Sensory Park is a testament to UMANG’s commitment to enhancing the well-being of children with autism and other developmental challenges.
